From day one, my eyes, heart, and mind were cracked wide open to a creative world I knew nothing about. I was thrown into everything: assembling centerpieces for fundraisers, food stations for galas, office makeovers – and, my personal favorite, crafting a backdrop for NYC Fashion Week.
Those years working in New York were a blur of color, chaos, and adventure. I soaked up every minute, which persuaded my decision to go to art school and major in Interior design. That’s when the quiet details of art and architecture suddenly became loud. It felt like the world was handing me new life.
